Alice (Molly) Haig - works as Information Coordinator, SENDIASS Hertfordshire County Council since October 2022 and has a child attending The Sele School since September 2019.
Eleanor Madziva - an employee of Hertfordshire County Council since September 2022.
Rebecca Newman-Smith - Director of Art Explorers since August 2018, a company that works in local schools.
Chris Quach - has been the Headteacher of The Sele School since Easter 2020. He is a Trustee of The Sele Farm Community Centre (a charity) and a member of BELMAS professional body. Chris' wife Dr Pires works for the NHS in an educational capacity.

Carl Tosner - is a former employee of Mount Grace School.
Keeley Will - is an employee of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Hertford where she has worked as a teacher since September 2024. Mrs Will also has a child who attends The Sele School and another who will join the school in September 2025.

Sophie Bruton - an employee of The Sele School since September 2013 and is a Corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (since 1986). Sophie is a hirer of Sele School facilities for Green Arrow Cycling Club but derives no personal financial gain from the hire of facilities at the school. Sophie is Secretary of the Sele Ward Neighbourhood Association and a Trustee of the Thieves Lane Community Garden.
