Gym Sessions at Sele
If you are new to fitness and the gym environment, coming to the sessions at Sele is a great way to ease you in as you begin your journey to a fitter stronger you. The fitness coach will be there to induct you and guide you through how to enjoy a safe and effective workout to suit your needs, using both strength and cardio to build your fitness.
The way the sessions run will be partly up to you!
The instructor will make it a circuit style workout so that everyone has a chance to use all of the machines (and more) to work heart and muscle galore! However, with guidance from the instructor, people will be able to vary how intensely they exercise during the session so that everyone can work at a rate that suits them.
